Returns & Refunds
If your product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a genuine quality issue, please contact us at support@urbaniva.in.
For eligible issues reported within 72 hours of delivery, we may offer a replacement or refund after reviewing the issue.
From Day 4 to Day 30, genuine product quality issues may be eligible for store credit after review.
To help us resolve your request quickly, please send your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos or a video showing the problem.
Returns or refunds are not provided if you simply change your mind, no longer want the product, or are dissatisfied without there being a genuine product defect or quality issue.
Requests made after the 30-day guarantee period cannot be accepted.
Order Cancellation
COD orders: You can request cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.
Prepaid orders: Once payment has been completed, the order is considered final and cannot be cancelled.
If an order has already been shipped, we cannot stop or recall the shipment.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds for eligible issues reported within 72 hours of delivery are sent to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval.
Issues approved from Day 4 to Day 30 are handled through store credit rather than a monetary refund.
Product & Packaging Information
Our product images are for representation purposes. Packaging, labels, colours, artwork, branding elements, outer boxes, and other visual details may vary between manufacturing batches or as our packaging is updated.
Such changes do not necessarily indicate a change in the product itself.
The product received should always be evaluated based on the product information, ingredients, quantity, and directions provided with your order rather than solely on packaging appearance.

Before using any new skincare product, we recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin and waiting to check for any reaction before wider use.
Use only as directed. Avoid contact with the eyes and do not apply to broken, irritated, or damaged skin unless specifically directed.
Individual skin can react differently to cosmetic ingredients. If irritation, redness, burning, swelling, itching, or other discomfort occurs, discontinue use and wash the affected area. If the reaction persists or is severe, seek advice from a qualified medical professional.
Do not use the product if you are known to be sensitive or allergic to any of its ingredients.
Keep out of reach of children and store the product as directed on its packaging.
